Return & Exchange Policy

At Hourglass Cosmetics, we want you to love every product you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most products purchased directly from www.hourglasscosmetic.com within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.

  • Gift cards, final sale items, and promotional gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.


2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Care team at support@hourglasscosmetic.com with your order number and the reason for return.

  2. We’ll review your request and provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Please do not send items back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.


3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different shade, product, or replacement, please follow the same return process.
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll ship the replacement product to you.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.


4. Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days.
Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hourglasscosmetic.com
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


6. In-Store Purchases

Products purchased from authorized retailers or beauty stores must be returned directly to the place of purchase, in accordance with their own return policies.


7. International Orders

For international customers, return shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable. Please contact our support team for country-specific guidance before sending items back.
