1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2 PM (EST) or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Shipping Options & Rates

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping – Delivered within 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping – Delivered within 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping – Delivered the next business day

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected delivery method.
Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders, as advertised on our website.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • High order volumes

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays outside our control

We are not responsible for delivery delays once your order has been handed over to the carrier, but we’ll always do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.


4. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.

  • We cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders due to customs regulations.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.
You can use this link to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.
If your tracking information hasn’t updated for several days, please contact us and we’ll assist you.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package shows as “Delivered” but you have not received it:

  1. Verify the shipping address provided during checkout.

  2. Check with neighbors, building staff, or your local post office.

  3. Contact our Customer Care team at support@hourglasscosmetic.com for further assistance.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered, but we’ll work with carriers to help locate them whenever possible.


7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled if it has already been processed for shipment.
